Identify your need
The only way to do it, is to do it. Now. It is always tough to workout. The time it takes to get into your first smidgen of shape is and can be super challenging. You have no wind, no stamina and body that feels pain and soreness. You are going to experience some discomfort when you push your self. Push your body. Get stronger, more flexible, more agile, quicker, more explosive, physically tougher, less prone to injury. Feel better doing it. Affects your soul.
Learn to thrive by understanding the gentle dance that plays while your soul-your spirit and your mind and your body work together. 1on1 Session
Getting motivated and shaking free of your personal short comings and moving forward positively towards positive change starting right away is easily accomplished with the of 1-on-1 sessions available with an SBS professional. Our expertise is identifying your specific goals and needs and then implementing a plan with actual specific steps to follow and follow up with. We ask for a minimum of 4 weeks commitment from you is required to instill actual change and progress.
Identifying the parts of your life are you lacking the most is super important. Where are you thriving? What are your needs? Where do you need improving the most? A simple but detailed look at your habits. Your diet, sleep, workouts, employment and finding and maintaining balance within your life's business is of utmost importance to your human health and success.

LEARN TO FEED YOURSELF
Superior Guidance and Learn to Cook and Eat Right! Its EASY
Any great workout body starts with a complete and healthy diet. Unless your 16. Then you can get away with a not so stellar diet. But to maintain and advance your body (and always your soul) you must feed your body what it needs! Learning the essential basics is absolutely mandatory. And pretty darn easy. Learning the little personal things your body needs can be challenging. Or at the least may take some time for you to figure out. I never used to really notice how certain food makes me feel. But I observed others observing their own habits and diets opened my eyes to eating right and eating foods that make me tic!
Learn what make you tic, from a health stand point.

Learn what works and does not work for you. If you feel horrible after you drink beer, then make a change. If a big plate of pasta is counterproductive, then make a change. Listen to your body. You will have cheat days, but you cannot eat anything anymore! That fat belly is from eating the wrong stuff. A healthy life style will definitely include a healthy diet and, yes that does not mean a perfect diet. But just like you sometimes need to lock down on your workouts you also need to lock down on your diet.

As a lifelong athlete, I have participated in just about every sport and contest possible. I have tried outside the box activities. Sometimes sports are activities and activities are sports. Some acitivities are awesome as a stand alone and some acitvities enhance your ability to perform elsewhere! A big reason for SBS is to provide a platform of support. The SBS family has lost many friends way too early and too illness that is completely preventable. Many men and people in genereal are not taking care of themselves on many differing levels. And as the poor habits multiply, the risk for illness of all kind, multiplies as well. As a man, I have witnessed a lack of support at times, when we are most in need. I have spoken with dozens of women and men who agree that a lack of support exist for men in regards to many issues life. General health, general friendship, and guidance is often needed by all of us.
Many of my personal friends who have passed early, were ex athletes, and we as a community of athletes need one another more as we get older.
